APEX will now offer adult gymnastics (ages 16 and up) for anyone looking to gain strength, flexibility and some gymnastics skills! Open to parkour, tricking, dancers, martial artists, acrobats or just those wanting to enjoy the sport of gymnastics. Beginners and experienced athletes are all welcome! This will be an unstructured setting with coaching available. The adults will have privacy in the team gym and will have use of bars, beams, trampolines, rod floor, vault, mens equipment and the pit. No one under the age of 16 is allowed.
Tuesdays 8:00 – 10:00 pm
Cost: $20 per session or buy a 5 pass punch card for $ 90.00

Waiver form required for all participants. If under the age of 18, parent must fill out waiver.
