This program for students ages 5 and 6 emphasizes skill development on all of the apparatus. This is a co-ed class only class and some experience is recommended. There is a 7:1 student teacher ratio.
Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

APEX Gymnastics offers a wide range of activities in our newly renovated 28,000 square foot facility that include recreational and competitive gymnastics for girls and boys, tumbling for cheerleaders, birthday parties, and open gym. We provide the highest quality instruction and safest environment for your child to learn gymnastics. APEX is proud to have a safety certified staff of former Olympians, elite gymnasts, certified judges, NCAA coaches, high school coaches and public school teachers.
Our facility is located in the Leesburg Airpark Business Center and is easily accessible from both Route 7 and the Dulles Toll Road. We are just minutes from Ashburn and the surrounding areas.
