Girls Recreational

Girls Recreational 6 – 9 years – This program for students ages 6 to 9 years emphasizes gymnastics skills on the four Olympic events for women, plus trampoline. Beginning and intermediate gymnastics skills are taught and students are informally evaluated every 12 weeks. There is a 8:1 student- teacher ratio and classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

Girls Recreational Ages 9 and up – This class follows the same format as our 6 – 9 year old class but groups students of similar ages together for a faster pace of learning.
