Developmental Teams

    

APEX Gymnastics has a developmental team program for both boys and girls. Gymnasts are divided into groups based on age and ability level. Developmental team gymnasts practice between 3 – 5 hours per week dependent on their group. Gymnasts must be invited into these specialized programs. Almost 1000 gymnasts are evaluated every year for our developmental team programs. It is a great accomplishment to be selected!

Fall Schedule (begins September 9, 2009)

Onyx (Boys) :  Monday & Thursday   4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Diamond :         Wednesday 4:00 – 5:30, Saturday 9:00 – 10:30 am

Pearl:                   Thursday    4:00 – 5:30 pm, Saturday 10:30 am – 12:00

Ruby:                    Tuesday & Friday 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Emerald:              Tuesday & Friday  4:00 – 6:30 pm

Sapphire:             Monday 4:00 – 6:30 pm, Thursday  5:30 – 8:00 pm
