APEX All Stars Compete at the Flip for the Fight
Apex was well represented at the 3rd Annual Flip for the Fight meet the weekend of January 21-22, 2012. The meet was held at Battlefield High School and all proceeds were to benefit Breast Cancer Research. Apex was proud to send 53 gymnasts from all 3 levels to the meet. Following is a summary of the results by level.
Novice

A small group of the Intermediate and Advanced All Stars represented APEX
at the Commonwealth Cup on Sunday, November 20, 2011 in Fredricksburg, VA. The
girls did a great job and had fun competing in their first meet of the season.

APEX will be sending 37 All Stars to the Chantilly Winter Island Getaway
Invitational on Sunday, December 11th. Gymnasts from the Novice, Intermediate,
and Advanced will all be competing in this meet. This will be the first
