APEX is pleased to again offer a variey of summer camp programs for gymnasts & tumblers of all ages! Camp is a great way to try out gymnastics! Contact us at 703-777-5344 to register today!
SUMMER BLAST CAMP
Ages 3 – 7, Cost: $125 registered members/$145 non-registered. Siblings receive a $5 discount. All fees are due at registration and are non-refundable. You may swich to a different camp for a $10 switch fee.
Campers will participate in themed camps with activities including gymnastics, crafts and games. Campers will bring their lunch Monday through Thursday and we will provide a pizza party and juice on Friday! All camps run Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

TUMBLING CLINICS
Ages 6 and up, Cost: $165 registered members/$185 non-registered. Siblings receive a $5 discount. All fees are due at registration and are non-refundable. You may swich to a different camp for a $10 switch fee.
This is a great clinic for dancers, cheerleaders, martial arts students or for those just wanting to refine their tumbling skills! Students will participate in structured workouts as well as instructional open gym time. Focus will be on round offs, front/back handsprings, tucks, layouts and twisting. Students will have the use of the tumble track, trampoline, air track and pit. All clinics run Monday through Friday from 12:30 – 4:30 pm.

ADVANCED GYMNASTICS CLINIC
All ages, Cost: $165 registered members/$185 non-registered. Siblings receive a $5 discount. All fees are due at registration and are non-refundable. You may swich to a different camp for a $10 switch fee.
This clinic is designed for the advanced athlete (high school, All Star, Developmental, Advanced Rec). Athletes will learn routine requirements on all events, have use of the pit for new skills, participate in flexibility and conditioning as well as instructional dance training. Instructional open gym time will also be available. Athletes will bring their lunches Monday through Thursday and we will provide pizza on Friday. This clinic will run Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Athletes will be grouped by age/ability levels.
