Open Gym & Birthday Parties

OPEN GYM will return in September.
APEX Gymnastics in Purcellville is pleased to offer Open Gym times times on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm beginning September 8, 2010. The cost is $5 per child. Parent supervision is required. Parent is free. All participants must have a waiver form on file signed by their parent or guardian. OPEN GYM HAS A LIMIT OF 12 CHILDREN. Groups of over 12 should call ahead so that we can plan for your group.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
APEX Gymnastics now offers birthday parties at its Purcellville location! Each fun-filled 90-minute party includes:
- A qualified APEX instructor to lead one hour of activities which include obstacle courses, trampolines, games & parachute
- 30 minutes of party time
- A birthday trophy for the birthday child
- A birthday ribbon for each child
- Invitation postcards
CHOOSE FROM OUR FUN BIRTHDAY PACKAGES:
The Platinum Party: Includes all of the above plus place settings, juice & a personalized cake or pizza. Cost $175 for registered students. $200 for non-registered students.
The Gold Party: Includes all of the above plus place settings & juice. You provide the cake. Cost $150 for registered students. $175 for non-registered students.
The Silver Party: Includes all of the above but you bring your own supplies. Cost $125 for registered students. $150 for non-registered students.
The Bronze Party: Includes gymnastics activities only, no additional party time. Cost $100 for registered students. $150 for non-registered students.
DETAILS:
- All costs are for 12 children/adults. Additional children are $5 per child up to 20 children.
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book your party.
- Each child must have a signed waiver form prior to participation.
