APEX has a Junior Staff program to train young people to be coaches. Open to ages 15 and up, Junior Staff members shadow experienced coaches. They also assist in other duties such as floating, cleaning and helping with clerical duties. Being part of the Junior Staff is a big responsibility. You will have students and other coaches depending on you. It is a great first job and a great way to build your resume! And it’s a lot of FUN!
