Our 4 year old started here in February, and has been absolutely loving it! Saturday is her favorite day, because it’s gymnastics. She has never been interested in gyms that do “cutesy” songs, or pointless activities, and those things certainly do not occur here. She loves working hard, and our family notices the effort that the coaches and gym put into making the environment welcoming and fun for children, while pushing them to improve their skills. This has been a wonderful learning environment for her. – Katie

I recommend Apex if you’re looking for great gymnastics coaching in a safe environment. My daughter is in team. The culture promoted in the team is one where kids are
expected to work hard, do their best, be a good teammate and enjoy the sport. After many years doing gymnastics, my daughter still gets excited to come to practice. When they practice 4-5 days a week for several hours and they still have fun, that’s impressive. The girls in the team are like sisters.
Apex is a well run organization. The coaches are well prepared with lesson plans, ongoing training and development. The facility is fantastic with first rate equipment. I have also always found the office staff to be very responsive, professional and friendly. But most importantly, this is a safe and caring environment. We have been with Apex for 5+ years. We have always been happy at Apex, but since the pandemic hit, they really have gone above and beyond. From on-line zoom classes, to parking lot workouts, to adjusting practice times and meet schedules, Apex continues to provide opportunities for the gymnasts to continue doing what they love. Terrific environment for children to learn and excel in their skills and love of the sport. Owner/Operator runs a tight ship and programs are well-organized, with excellent parent/athlete communication.
