PlayZone ( ages 1 months – 5 years with an adult) This program is for ages 1 – 5 with an adult. Come explore with one of our energetic instuctors! Bubbles, parachute, pit, trampolines, moon bounce and some weekly surprises! Spaces are limited and will open weekly for sign ups! It’s a great way to check out gymnastics with no long term commitment!
Parent/Child ( ages 18 months – 3 years) This program for ages 18 mo. to 3 years is designed to teach students basic gymnastics positions and to develop large motor skills. It is more structured than our PlayZone program. A parent is required to participate with the student (one only please! ). Students will use the floor exercise, balance beams, uneven bars, parachute and trampolines. No siblings are allowed on the gym floor except those enrolled students. Classes are 40 minutes in length and co-ed. There is a 7:1 student-teacher ratio.
GymKids ( Ages 3 – 6 ) This program for ages 3 to 6 years emphasizes gymnastics positions and beginning skills on all of the events. Students will use the floor exercise, balance beams, uneven bars, trampolines, rings and parachute in this 45 minute class. Classes are co-ed and there is a 6:1 student- teacher ratio. No experience necessary. Most GymKids classes are held in the GymZone, a specially designed space just for them and their growing independence!
Advanced GymKids ( Ages 5-6 ) This program for students ages 5 and 6 emphasizes skill development on all of the apparatus. This is a co-ed class only class and some experience is recommended. Gymnasts may enter this program as long as they meet the age requirement. There is a 7:1 student teacher ratio. Classes are 1 hour.
Little Gems ( Ages 5 – 6 ) This program for students ages 4 to 6 emphasizes skill development on all of the apparatus. This is an invitation only class and students must show good flexibility and strength as well as be proficient in certain skills. Regular attendance is required and there is a 7:1 student teacher ratio. Classes are 1 hour.
Warrior Fitness Jr (Ages 4 -6) Warrior fitness combines the coordination of gymnastics with obstacle course training for a fast pace class that is great for kids with lots of energy to burn.
Tumble Track Jr (Ages 4 -6) Learn the basics of tumbling and trampoline in this co-ed class. Beginning skills on tumbling, olympic trampoline, tumble track and double mini trampoline will be taught.
