APEX Gymnastics has a developmental team program for both boys and girls. Gymnasts are divided into groups based on age and ability level. Developmental team gymnasts practice between 1.5 – 5 hours per week dependent on their group. Gymnasts must be invited into these specialized programs. Almost 1000 gymnasts are evaluated every year for our developmental team programs. It is a great accomplishment to be selected!
Evaluations for transferring gymnasts are done on appointment basis. Please call the main gym to schedule an evaluation.
